Room to do your own thing

33 hectares (95 acres) is a lot of room in which to be able to do your own thing!

If your thing is horse related, you can do it here. You could establish an equestrian complex down from the flat, out from the “back shed”, close to the “middle dam”. There is plenty of room to go trail riding on the property, or you can always venture out onto many kilometres of quiet back roads. Plus, if you keep the locals on-side, you may continue to enjoy access to many hundreds of acres of rides through adjoing and nearby properties as well.

Or perhaps the suitable soil and dam water supply of the “front paddock” will tempt you to develop an olive grove and make your own premium quality, extra virgin olive oil, providing you with another potential income stream from this unique property.

You might even consider establishing a vineyard. Imagine enjoying wine from your own boutique vineyard, while you watch a magical sunset down by the “front dam”.

Or of course... you could sit back, relax and enjoy everything “Raydon” already has to offer.

Land for Wildlife

Can you imagine our landscape without the Australian bush — no native bird song, no wild places for a picnic or a stroll, no blue eucalypt haze on the mountains? The bush is central to our national identity and culture as Australians. It makes where we live different from other places around the world.

Land for Wildlife This is why “Raydon” is a registered “Land for Wildlife” property. “Land for Wildlife” is a voluntary scheme that aims to encourage and assist private landholders to provide habitats for wildlife on their property, even though the property may be managed primarily for other purposes.
